1. Booking & Confirmation

Safari bookings made through our website are confirmed after mutual communication via WhatsApp or Email. No upfront credit card payment is required online; payments are typically finalized locally prior to the safari departure unless agreed otherwise.

2. Inclusions & National Park Tickets

Our standard package quotes cover private customized 4x4 safari jeep hire, fuel, professional safari driver, and hotel pickup/drop-off within Udawalawe area. Department of Wildlife Conservation (DWC) entrance tickets can be paid directly at the park counter or arranged in advance upon request.

3. Wildlife Sighting Disclaimer

Udawalawe National Park is a protected wilderness sanctuary. While wild elephant sightings are exceptionally high (over 98%), wildlife movements are natural and cannot be guaranteed by any operator.

4. Guest Safety & Park Rules

Guests must strictly follow the instructions of the safari driver and wildlife trackers. Feeding wildlife, throwing litter, getting out of the vehicle, or excessive noise is strictly prohibited under Sri Lankan wildlife law.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We offer flexible cancellations. Please inform us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled safari departure time if you need to reschedule or cancel.
